York Yankees

Is there a chance ill meet the players of the new york yankees during the tour?
For a school trip, im going on a tour at yankee stadium. is there a chance ill meet the players? They will probably be in new york because they have a game at the stadium the next day. So is there a chance?
no, you will walk around the stadium, go to monument park, and occasionally they will let you on the field and in the dugout, however, unless you will be going to the actual game, you will not meet the players. the only remote chance at this is if you see the players arrive which is usually between 2-4 pm for a 7 pm night game. even then, i’ve been to numerous games, and lined up to see the players arrive, and ive seen only 1 time johnny damon came over to sign a little boy’s ball who was in a wheelchair, and a neck brace. Furthermore, the barriers are a good 20 feet away from the players, so its not even like youre fight next to them. However, the tour is a really fun thing, and if its your first time going to the stadium, it will be even better. Have fun!
