lower back and leg pains?

yeah ive been having pain in my legs and lowerback for over 5 months now and it just wont go away, as soon as i get up and active it acts up, then doesnt go away ive tried stretching, almost every type of over the counter painkiller like tylenol xtra strength as well as ibuprofen xtra strength, asa well as anti inflammatories and tylenol 222′s and nothing seems to help. been to the doctors once already who gave me the anti inflammatories and i went for x rays on my lumbar spine and sacrum and pelvis but it showed nothing. now i have another docs appt to arrange for a s scan. and now when i noticed my one arm which is my weak arm is longer by a good 3 to 4 inches longer then my good strong arm. can anyone help or have had problems like this b4. thanks
