If i use energy assistance in the state of wisconsin, how will that affect my credit score?

I live in the state of wisconsin, and am going to be using energy assistance. I just pay as much as i can each month, and than toward the summer i apply and they pay the remaining balance off. I know that your energy bills get sent to the credit burough.. so how will this affect my score? Will my score go back up when i pay it all off?
