Could I get a name for any of the movies that have the Ferris Wheel fall off its stand and rolling away?

Crushing things/people, or just rolling. I know I’ve seen at least one movie where this happens, I just can’t recall any names.

1941 – with John Belushi. The japanese send a submarine to attack California and they come across a boardwalk and assume it’s Hollywood. So they fire their gun at the Ferris Wheel, it comes off it’s hinges and rolls down the boardwalk into the sea. It happens in the last 10 minutes of the movie.
