How good r the Washington Redskins this year?

im 16 and ive like the Redskins ever since i knew about football. So this year im thinking Jim Zorn gets the offence going and the defence is good as always! I’m guessing a 10-6 season and we get the NFC wildcard. Jason Campbell will have a break out season hopefully and Clinton Portis should be consistent but my only worry is the recievers they r the weakness of the offence and the O-line is gettin old but im thinking success this year! What r ur thoughts?

I must concur with just about everything that you said. Washington has had a good defense for quite some time now. It worked it’s way up to the 5th rated defense last year. But they just can’t seem to get it together on offense. And yes, as you said, the running game is good, but the receivers arent that good – which with a game managing QB and O-Coordinator, can be overcome.Look at Baltimore in what they did with a rookie QB last year. Also look at Pittsburgh last year. Their running game wasnt that good, and there passing was middle-of-the-road at best. Yet, their offense didnt put the defense on their heels to often. The reality is, and judging by the Skins pursuit of Cutler during the off-season, Campbell isnt cutting it. Not entirely his fault because once again, they failed to get him help in the receiving corps. Never-the-less it is do-or-die for him this year.
Washington is a decent team, but unfortunately they play in the toughest division in football
