Is it illegal to have strob lights in your car in the state of Virginia?
My boyfriend has a ’96 Grand Marquis and is licensed in Georgia but is a resident of Virginia due to the Navy. Isn’t it still illegal for him to have them in his car because Virginia is a Commonwealth State?
