How do u scan a document that is two sided on a single file?

I’m trying to scan a two sided document on a single file to the Acrobat Reader program I have. It works well with just scanning one page, but I can’t figure out how to make the other side scan as the second page on the same file. The guide it comes with doesn’t help much with what to do. Please help!

Convert each page to a PDF file and then you can make them into one document using Adobe Acrobat.
