Tree Large
What’s a reasonable price for removing a large pine tree?
My mom has a large pine tree in her front yard, I’m guessing about 50 feet tall. I don’t know much from pine trees but the limbs are fairly large and sparse, with long needles. I’d say at the bottom of the tree its trunk’s diameter is about 2 feet.
Over the years the tree has lost some limbs due to storms and has become more of an eyesore and possible hazard. My mother is considering having it removed. Any ballpark guesses as to what it would cost to remove? BTW – she lives in Brooklyn, NY.
The last big pine I had removed cost about $500 here in East Texas. I suspect it will cost 3 or 4 times that in Brooklyn.
