Texas Tech?

I’ve been accepted to Texas Tech University already, but due to the fact it’s like 10 hours away, I’ve been unable to visit it yet.

Texas Tech happens to be a very nice campus. The buildings are pretty and Tech gets really green in the Spring. It is a big school and the buildings are spread out so you might have to ride the bus. There are alot of really nice people but just like everywhere else there is rude people.
Lubbock is not the most exciting town. The scenery is not as pleasant as the campus but it is decent. Lubbock’s population is about 250,000 so its not too big. There are alot of clubs and restraunts here and a couple of family fun places. The weather is annoying. Cold one day and hot the next and it’s windy here.
You can make friends easily here at ttu and if you stay in the dorms its a shorter distance to your classes and they are not that bad either. I’ve heard that the goin’ band is really fun. I have a friend who is going to Tech just for the band
