Why is there a man flying the Texas flag up and down the street today in Ohio?
A man is pacing in front of the Ohio University college gate sporting a Texas flag this morning. If anyone has any ideas why this is happening, please answer.

My guess is that that guy wants attention and figured being a loud redneck waving the flag of a state he is not in is a great way for everyone to look at him. He is probably on cloud nine right now.
Or it has something to do with football…
