3 Superhero cartoon with suit blue,yellow and green each.?

I ‘m looking for this human cartoon, i remember i watch it when i was kids, but i cant remember what the name. actually there is 3 character that each 1 of it where a suit blue, yellow and green. the suit capable of connecting or combine with there hi-tech gun and stuff. shirt seem to be have some hole (may be) i remember i do have a toys of it. blue color is mainly for sky(able to fly), yelow is land and green is under water. Does anyone have a tips on it?
