Urban Clothing Suitable For Summer
It has been so long since we were graced with glorious sunny weather like we have now that many of you may have forgotten what to wear for some summer fun. Please try these tips to prepare for sunny weather and get that surfer look going on!
It will not take a lot of effot to get you looking like a surfer when you start wearing urban clothing! But here are the 5 essentials you will want to keep in mind:
1. If you want beach shorts then look no further than shorts from Animal Clothing or Roxy if you are a girl. Darker board shorts are better as you can wear them out after you’ve been to the beach without having to go back to your house or hotel to change.
2. Take suncream and remeber if you go in the water to re-apply it or get waterproof suncream. What looks best is a nice brown tan so you don’t have to use the most hardcore suncream, just make sure you do wear something to protect your skin from the sun’s harmful rays!
3. Good looking sunglasses are essential if you want to rock the surfer look. Have a look in the shops and make sure you get a pair of sunglasses that will get noticed. Try and get a pair of sunglasses that suit the shape of your face. This means trying on different colour and shapes of sunglasses.
4. You can make your beach towel anything you want it to be and I mean that quite literally… did you know you can actually design your own towel prints? Make it your own, put a game of twister on your towel and get the girls to join the party!
5. There’s only one type of footware suitable for the summer… flip-flops. You know that flip flops are in fashion when you see all the celebrities wearing them!
What ever swimsuit or shorts you decide to wear make sure you get some nice accessories. Hair clips, interesting jewelry all complpete a great beach costume. Wrap around the salon, shorts and sandals are good. Have an awesome time rocking the surfer look this summer!
