Snow Winter

What’s the best city to live in for mild summers, light snow in the winter, and a metropolitan atmosphere?

Looking for someplace to move to in the not too distant future. Currently live in Texas and it’s too warm down here for me. I miss the snow!! SO I’m looking for someplace with mild, yet sunny, summers. Someplace that gets snow in the winter but isn’t buried in snow every year. Not necessarily a major city, but someplace with all the modern conveniences. Hopefully my nirvana exists….. thanks.
