Can your work place force you to wear a santa hat for the Christmas season?

My current employer makes it’s employees wear santa hats for the Christmas season. Seeing as I’m not of Christian faith I don’t feel that I should have to wear one. I tried looking online to find the answer to my question, but no luck. I’m not sure about this, I assume they cannot due to the variety of religious out there that don’t celebrate Christmas. Then again… you never know.
