Roger Hamilton – The Creator of the Wealth Spectrum

Have you ever thought how many times you have wasted your time trying unproductive events in the process of creating wealth? Roger Hamilton, the creator of Wealth Dynamics explains how to avoid focusing at the wrong thing at the wrong time by showing us where we stand in the Wealth Spectrum. This is a spectrum of nine levels, from people in debt to countries printing their own money. He compares our consciousness about wealth like the light reflected in a diamond:

“What entrepreneurs can learn from diamonds: Sparkle = what you cut, how you cut it, and the clarity of what’s left behind”

Roger Hamilton compares the nine levels of the Dynamic Spectrum to the belts you can earn in Karate. These levels measure your ability to master flow. The nine levels in the spectrum come under three groups: the Foundation prism, the Enterprise Prism and the Alchemy Prism.

After taking the Wealth Spectrum test you will find out which level and which prism you are in. The foundation prism is about mastering flow in your own personal wealth (which comes before mastering flow in business). It consists of three levels and the first one is the Infra-red Level, the Victim, which are people who are cash flow negative in their own life. There are three fool-proof steps to move out of this within three months. The next level is the Red Level, the Survivor, who always has just enough money to have nothing. The third level is the Orange Level, the Worker. This is someone who ensures he has excess cash each month, but without knowing the mechanics of the market, so needs to work for others to make ends meet.

The next prism is the Enterprise Prism, which is about mastering the flow of the markets. Many jump straight to this prism and start a company or trade the markets or property. But as they have not paid attention to the Foundation Prism, any money made is soon lost. The first level in the Enterprise Prism is the Yellow Level, the Player, who has built an identity and small business in their niche. The next is the Green Level, the Performer, who has gotten out of his own way to master high performing teams. Blue Level, the Conductor, emphasizes building assets. The problem is many try to jump to this level without understanding what it takes to lead teams first, and so end up mismanaging and losing what they have.

The final prism, the Alchemy Prism, is the realm of the Billionaires, where trust and networks can magic up millions in minutes. It is also the domain of where money is printed and legacies are left.

Roger Hamilton shows these nine levels are true for each Wealth Dynamic profiles, giving you a precise set of steps to take in mastering your own natural path to wealth mastery.
