I am starting a website that will be fetish oriented, more artistic than explicit and I want women of all kind sort, tall, fat or lean but i find that agencies offer me one style only, i tryed posting add on kijiji and craigslist but women seem to be scared that I am a rapist or something!!

Try going to places related to what you are trying to show, maybe go to erotic book clubs pass out cards to your website and maybe women will recommend it to their friends. You can try those sex toy shops as well.
