What working load for a snap hook is safe for a 5′x8′ nylon flag?

The 5′x8′ flag is nylon, the rope is twisted nylon/poly 1/4″ x 50′, working load at 124lbs. The awning pulley is a fast eye type, size1 1/2″, with 110 lbs safe working load. My flag will be subjected to wind gusts of 25-30 mph. The pole is 2″ conduit, three 10′ pieces, total of 27′ in the air. Set in fast setting cement three feet under. Does this sound right and safe?

circa 150 pounds should be ok, use 2. remember that our flag is like your lawn….green side up! lol, i know…i’m weird. but then i’m a gemini….plus learn how to fold it and take care of it (was a GI and scout) maybe give a prayer for our kids in the mideast
