Pleated Cotton

Where can I find just a plain SOLID COLORED pleated skirt dress?

I do not want it to be polyester, rayon or of any sort. Just 100% cotton would be perfect! But if not I would at least want it to be close to cotton. As for the top portion of the dress… in tank top form? And I’m not talking spaghetti straps. I mean the 1 inch or so ones

Try american apparel for the skirt and for the top separately. You can tuck in the tank to the skirt and its the same look as a dress with a pleated skirt bottom and tanktop top. If you need a DRESS specificaly though i suggest going to shopperseeks.com. Enter in your size and the requirements for the dress and they will be able to find it for you.
