Pirate who flew Jolly Roger for party prosecuted by local harbour council?
A pirate (and buccaneer and ex-land lubber) flew the Jolly Roger outside his cabin for his pet monkey’s themed birthday party and was reported by one of his crew mates, and now the island council are proscecuting him for an alleged breach of the Sea and Shipping (Control of Advertisements) Regulations 1792.
