Who was the conservative talkinghead who went on NPR & said Obama changed the American flag?

During the campaign someone from conservative talk radio didn’t realize that Obama was standing in front of the state flag of Ohio one day while he was giving a speech and this person maliciously and quite incorrectly tried to accuse Obama of changing the American flag to an “Obamanation” flag!…….what was this person’s name?

I think his name is Cunningham. He’s a conservative radio host. I don’t remember his first name.
