How do I repair the nylon mesh screen on a pop-up camper?

Accidentally punctured with a tent pole, leaving a small round hole in window screen. Purchased tent repair kit with matching fine-gauge mesh. Best to sew patches on both sides, seam seal, glue, what? Appreciate all tips. Thank you!

Dude! I’ve done this too. The sewing thing is obvious you sew the screen to the screen. The glue part is assuming you punched through cover to the screen…that thing you roll up and tie. I’ve used what one person suggested. Buy a patch a real patch I pick up patches military and rescue team patches, whatever from all over. You might want to commemorate your screw-up by buying a patch from the place where you were camping. I would recommend you use glue to stick the patch on…but nothing with acetone (e.g. rubber cement) in it.
