Nylon Appliqued
How can I shrink a jacket I ordered that is much wider than I expected?

The tag says: “hand wash cold separately, only non-chlorine bleach when necessary, do not twist or wring, lay flat to dry, and cool iron if needed.”
and I guess I should give what it’s made of too!
body: 41% acrylic 33% nylon 26% wool, faux fur (in the hood): 48% acrylic, 41% modacrylic, 11% polyester, felt applique: 100% wool, hood lining/body lining: 100% polyester, annnd sleeve lining: 100% cotton.
