What score should i get on ASVAB so i can make into Navy Seals? And is it HARD?

Hi all! I really want join Navy Seals, but i am really worry about taking ASVAB. I heard its hard and you need to be extrimely smart to get good enought score for seals. So how i prepare? Is it really hard?
