Why did the minnesota twins and baltimore orioles only play 6 innings?

Its weird how the phillies played all 9 innings in the rain. Why did minnesota play 6.

Because of the Rain delay who ever leads after 5 whole innings is the winner of the game. The Rain Delay was long too.
