Ways to stop kids from hitting my mailbox down.?

I want to prevent my mailbox from being hit down. Here are some ideas I already have.
Cover it in Nitro Glycerine so when they hit it, it explodes.
Put bricks in it.
Buy a titanium mailbox.
But some say I can get sued because they get injured when they hit it. WHAT THE HECK? Its their fault for trying to do something illegal. Why can I get sued??
And, any other ideas to stop kids from bashing my mailbox?

I had a friend who had a problem with that, and her dad ended up putting a small mailbox inside a much larger one. He filled the gap with concrete. You would need a heavy duty post to put it on, but once it’s installed it’s darn near indestructible.
