Home-made or personalized gifts for a girl?

A girl that i babysit for is having her 8th birthday soon, and i’m not sure what to get her. But i do know that i want it to be home-made, personalized, or a combonation of the above. Any Any Any idea that comes to your mind will help. And i am hoping to spend around 20 to 30 dollars.

Buy a picture frame and add things to the border like beads or anything she likes using a hot glue gun or really good adhesive. You can even write her name on it with a glitter pen. You can put in a picture that you think she’ll enjoy, maybe one from when she was younger.
If that seems too small of a gift, then you can also get her sun glasses or hair things, anything girly or if she has a hobby, then you can include anything for that.
