Expanding The Reach Of The Raider Nation

Have you heard the plans regarding a new stadium being built in downtown Los Angeles? Representatives of five teams in the National Football League met with the CEO and president of the Anschutz Entertainment Group. The Oakland Raiders is one of the prospects. In case the Raiders are the ones chosen to play at the stadium, the Raiders tickets would most definitely become the hottest ticket in the league. It cannot be confirmed yet if the Raiders would be the one chosen since all is still at the planning stages of it all. The move would not be new to the Raiders since they were playing in Los Angeles before.

72 thousand is the proposed capacity of the new stadium. Can you imagine these seats being filled with the Raider Nation donning their black gears? Raider nation is the collective term used to call the loyal fans of the team. It is awesome just thinking of finding a black hole at the new stadium. For those who are unaware, the black hole is the area where the loyal Raider ticket holders sit. Since most of the members of the raider nation wears nothing but black and some eccentric masks to boot to.

A new stadium is being built to allow Los Angeles to once again host a football franchise. It has been 15 years already since both the Oakland raiders and the St Louis rams left the city of angels. Definitely, the raiders tickets would benefit if in case the move would push through. The raider nation is well established at the city of Angels.

The AEG group has been making offers for teams to play at the stadium. They are offering to settle the lease of any teams so that they can leave their old stadium. The owner of AEG is also willing to become a major stakeholder of the team that would use their stadium.

For the fans of the Raiders, the move might not be as possible as we all think it would be. A statement has been release by the CEO of the Raiders. The team would stay with the family of Al Davis and would not leave. As mentioned above all is still tentative and nothing is for sure yet. Regardless of where the team plays, they will continue to be adored by the people.
