How can I get a picture with the Illinois state line, coming from Missouri?

Coming from Missouri, all the state lines are in the middle of the river. Going over a bridge, it has the state line sign. But all of the bridges we’ve seen are on freeways, with no chance of being able to pull over and take a picture. Are there any state signs going into Illinois, coming from Missouri, that aren’t on a freeway and allow time and space to get out and take a picture with it?

The new Clark Bridge to Alton, IL has bike lanes you could use. As can be seen on Google Street View, there is a small sign:
