Will calling digger’s hotline flag me for permits from the county?

I’m trying to install a small french drain / dry well in one part of my yard. Since it happens to be right next to my water, power, and cable I had to call digger’s hotline. I’m not sure if I need a permit for this but if I do I don’t want to do it right now. So, will just calling them and getting the lines marked somehow flag my house to the county? Thanks for any advice.
Darn! I didn’t tell DH that. I told them I was installing a small yard drain w/o power digging and that it didn’t require a permit. Oh well …

The company that comes out to mark the lines has no connection to the county other than telling them where things lie underground. The only possible time I could see them complaining to anyone is if there were an existing problem with the lines – like someone else messing up the lines before they get there. They are a totally separate entity.
