I live in a flat in a large house converted into flats. Tenant in another flat has sky. How can i get sky?

I live in a flat in a large house which has been converted into flats. The tenant in one of the other flats in the house has had a sky dish installed on the outside of the house. How can i get sky from this? Sky multiroom? or is there another setup where i can connect to the sky dish?

You can only do it “unofficially” with the co-operation of the flat owner. A communal system is the usual way to go; you need to get the other tenants interested, then approach the landlord.
