How to get the high quality option on youtube videos?
I’d like to know what format to save a video to get the high quality button. I only have windows movie maker at the moment, is it possible to get hq through there?
It really doesn’t matter, if you use a video editing program, but it does matter how good the quality is of the video that you want to upload.
