Do any of the Hawaii State Universities offer good programs in marine biology?

You might want to take a look at the UH campus in Manoa. I’ve met a couple of students that have come from other universities to study at Coconut Island and they love it. I’ve been there myself and it has a really nice lab as well as reefs close by.
