I need a wedding venue in Buffalo, NY… but I have a condition!?

Okay… my boyfriend and I just got engaged and I am looking for the perfect wedding venue for spring/summer 2011… But I have one major condition… I want it to be a single hall! To clear up what I mean: I want only one wedding to be occurring at a single time. It’s not because I’m all egocentric or anything; it’s simply because I was at a wedding at Samuel’s Grande Manor and I could hear everything that was going on in the other wedding hall rooms. I hated it (made the wedding feel less special)! So, I want a single hall venue… I need HELP! Does anybody have any reccommendations? I have no idea where to even begin to look?!!!

Buffalo is about a 20 minute drive to Niagara Falls. Have you considered getting married there?
