How do you remove the “Clutch Assembly” from a Craftsman 4-cycle Garden Mini Tiller? (Model # 316.292650)?

Trying to replace the starter housing, but cant seem to figure out how to remove the clutch assembly. The manual is no help for this!

First you have to remove all the guards to get to the clutch assembly the guards are off it should expose all hardware to remove the starter housing.Sometimes the guards cover some mounting bolts for the housing which you are looking to replace
