Halo Reach forge CTF question?

I’m trying to create a one flag CTF game, where the team that is defending the flag always defends from the same base. Is this possible? how do I work out the spawn points, flag properties, etc. It seems like I can only make them either red team, blue team, etc instead of “attackers” and “defenders”. Thanks
