I am in Nursing school and we just discussed an article on the foot pads…basically they are a bunch of crock…a product produced to make money on the nations ignorance of they physiology of the body. The bottom of your foot is one of the areas of your body that has the thickest skin…therefore toxins cannot be brought out by a pad ….. and even though they mostly say all natural…they are still chemicals…I would not by any means spend money on this worthless product….some may say they think it works…but then you have to take into consideration that if you think it will work…it will…a placebo type action…do some medical research..
