Should all Florida teams be banned from NCAA football for a couple of years?

It used to be that all the thugs were confined to Miami, but no longer. Now Florida QB just got caught stealing a classmate’s laptop. Fla. State had the big cheating scandal last year, and ISF has had their share also. Seems like the whole State has sold it’s moral soul for football. They should all have to sit out a year until they get their priorities in order! You agree?
That was supposed to be USF, not ISF.

The players found guilty of breaking policy or law should be removed from the roster and have scholarship revoked.
