Best Locations In Sussex

If you are visiting Sussex to perhaps go to one of those holiday cottage Sussex then I would advise that during your stay you should check out some of these towns and cities as well as locations, they are well worth a visit.

Brighton And Hove

This is quite a recent city and it was formed when the two towns joined together, it is England’s most popular seaside resort. Brighton is really famous for a fair number of things but it would seem the top things other than the beach are of course the nightclubs, bars, arcades, restaurants, the gay community and of course the many seafood spots you can get a couple of fishy treats at. The Royal Pavillion which was built by King George IV and has been used as a first world war hospital where 4,000 Indian men were treated and only 32 of them died.

Worthing

Although this one isn’t as grand as Brighton it still a very popular beach town and there are many things that you can do here to keep you occupied. The mist famous building in Worthing has got to be the Dome cinema located along the seafront. Formally an ice rink built in 1910 it was converted into a 950 seated Cinema in 1922 and it still open making it one of Britain’s oldest operational cinema’s.

The South Downs

The good news about this area of land is that a lot of it cannot be built on because it has been deemed a national park by the government. One of the big points of the area is Cissbury ring and it serves as the highest point in Worthing too. Many strange things are said to have gone on here in the past including ghost sightings, UFO sightings and devil worshipping

So if it is a brea#k to get away from those serviced offices Canary Wharf and that web design job
