Fall Autumn Large

looking for the best autumn?

I’ve lived in Austin Texas my whole life and it’s an incredible town as far as texas goes.
But we never have seasons. I love colder temperature, and I’m not particularly a girl who wants to take the latter and accept the 109 degree weather that I’m getting.
Is there a place with the same atmosphere (Large Festivals, head shops, friendly people, hippies everywhere) and trees that actually change color in the fall?
