what kind of eel do I have? It has light brown and black stripes and three black dots by its tail?

about 6-7 in. long, light brown and black stripes down it. 3 black dots that go down its back near the tail and has a long downward point on its nose

I think you have a species of one the Spiny Eels[Peacock] or it could be a tire track eel.
