Deluxe Flag

help ! pleasee (the sims 2) ?

okay so i just got a new laptop& i wanted to play the sims 2 deluxe on it. (i already installed the game on my PC) my laptop meets ALL the system requirements. i put in the disk and it goes to a screen where you pick your country flag. i picked the american flag& it goes to a “house” where you can look at all the wallpapers& i haven’t even installed the game yet. i look around the “house” & can’t like do anything. soo how do install& play the actual game ?
sorry if my question doesn’t make any sense. lol

There are 2 disks. One is a simulation thing, and one is the game. Put in the other disk. (If there isn’t one, you got ripped off!)
