What type of bush grows fast and is decorative?

I’m planning on getting a room with a window which overlooks our front yard. I want to put some bushes so that when I’m doing my homework, I can gaze out the window at these beautiful bushes and feel “natural”

You do not state what area you live in, so we do not know your
climate, or soil type in your front yard. Oleanders are relatively
easy to grow, and their growth rate is quite fast. They are
evergreen and come in a variety of colours–pinks, orange and
white. There are many deciduous flowering bushes, also quite
vigorous. Lilac is always a favourite, in mauves, pink and white.
Visit your local nursery and see what is available–they will also
be able to advise you on the most suitable bushes for your yard.
