glass painting?

recently had a decorative lead pannelled window fitted on our landing. Unfortunatley we did not see if before it was fitted and it did not meet our original specifications. we want to paint certain parts of the window to meet our original design and would welcome some advice on what sort of transparent glass paint we could use on this external window.

Do you know if the glass is fitted in the “Tiffany” way or using lead cames? With decorative glass made in the “Tiffany” way, individual pieces can be removed and changed by a skilled glass artist.

We just had a piece in one of our kitchen cabinet doors replaced. It cost $35 but you can’t tell it was not the original.
