You might want to check some online and/or local sources for dollhouse supplies.
Or you could make your own stencils in various ways:
…use “stencil plastic” or even an old x-ray, then cut out the shapes with a pointed Xacto knife or even a burning tool of some kind, on top of a sheet of glass
…paint a temporary liquid “masking” material on your box to block areas you don’t want to print
… more info on those:
http://glassattic.com/polymer/cutters-blades.htm (click on the category called STENCILS, then scroll down to the subcategory called “make your own solid stencils”)
…use PhotoEZ, a photosensitive “silkscreen” material, or do screenprinting with other materials (choose one of the simpler ways/equipment)
…more info: http://glassattic.com/polymer/paints.htm (click on PRINTING, then scroll down to the PhotoEZ section)
Some of the boards at Crafster.org have lessons and info on making all kinds of stencils on your own, as well as the same for screen printing yourself:
http://www.craftster.org/forum/index.php?board=346.0 (look down the page a bit, then click on the various boards dealing with “Stenciling” and also “Silkscreening”)
Your subject-line question mentioned “flexible stamps” but you didn’t mention them again in your real question.
If you’re considering using a large stamp (flexible or not) instead of using a stencil, that would be simple to do.
Check out my reply in this previous question for details and website info about using “ReadyStamps” (.com) which will create a rubberstamp of any image you can draw or print out then send them that will fit on a sheet of paper that’s 9″ x 7″. I think they’ll do larger stamps too:

You can pay more and have them mounted on something stiff, or you can use them as is or make a simple backing/mounting yourself once you get the stamp(s).
