How can I find out if my Nephew has Warrants for his arrest in Iowa, Kansas, Nebraska and Or South Dakota.?

He called me last week bragging he has 7 driving on Suspended CDL license. And has at least $4000 to $7000 in fines for Driving with out license, Driving Heavy wide load on the wrong banners, Driving 14 wide on 10 wide banners. Driving without Company Insurance, Driving without Company Ownership of property. And many other things. He has been accused at least 10 times of abusing his elderly mom. And I can’t remember what all he said. He said he moves every month to keep the cops from being able to find him. I know he has been in 15 different places since September of 2009. And brags about it. He Has asked if he could come stayI said NO.I don’t need the trouble at our house.

Call the state police in each of those states and ask. They will be very interested in knowing about his boasts if he ever applies for a heavy wide load permit in their state.
