download custom content sims3 problem?

so ive downloaded some custom content items, i had to do the whole winrar files and what not that all worked. the items came up in the launcher just fine. i hit install and it tells me that the items were a success and are now downloaded in the game. awesome. I go to play the game and furnish my home with my awesome new furniture and decor and none of the objects i downloaded can be found. if the launcher says they were downloaded, uhm where are they?

It’s possible that they are spawned in a different location. Look around
