I’m turning 18 in about a month. Any ideas for a birthday present from my parents?

Basically I dont know what I want. I’ve never had a new ipod (the one i have now works but theres no music+ it’s a mini). I also don’t have a laptop. I was thinking of a credit card…but what would that do for me? Maybe a trip to europe…. I don’t anything too expensive but I want something special and possibly useful. Also my birthday is near christmas so the gift could double as a xmasgift. Some of my hobbies are cooking, gardening and art. I also love to write and have been dying to write a legit. novel or a play or script for a movie. Ideas?

There is a train journey that goes all over europe. It for 18-25 yearolds. It goes to france , asterdam and berlin and many more place. I cant remember the name of it but im sure you can look it up. My big cousin went 2 years ago and said i was amazing. ” A good laugh” she said. It sounds great for traveling as student.
