How to install a car flag?

im not sure but are they called car flags?? and how do u put them on ur car?
but if i accidentally pull down the window wouldnt fly off?

1. Roll the window down
2. Slide it onto the window.
3. Roll the window up.

Fun story. When I was working at a car dealership I had to take the cars thru the car wash. I broke so many flags because people would leave them there after they dropped their cars off. It becomes part of the car to people. People are dumb.

Customer: You broke my lions flag! I want a new one!
Me: Dude, the Lions sucks and your flag is so weathered it’s turning green…
