What is the name of the person who came up with the canadian flag?

I was really wondering… I used to know. The flag of today in canada, who made it up?

The Prime Minister at the time was Lester B. Pearson,not Trudeau. There is no one particular designer – a committee at the time narrowed down the 2000 some odd suggested flags to the one we have today. However, a few names are closely related to it – George Stanley being one of them.
