Border Terrier

What does a Border Collie/Terrier/ and possibly Chihuahua mix look like?

I am looking to adopt a dog and he is a Border Collie and Terrier mix. His dad might have been a Chihuahua and his mom weighed 17 pounds. What might he look like? He is black and white
Oh yes
And I ment to say what he might look like as an adult. I know what he looks like now xD
